ar.exe".
Choosing the wrong version will result in reinstalling the software!

ParsNegar is an easy to use and flexible word processor, especially
designed for use under non-bidirectional (non-Arabic/Hebrew) versions
of Windows.
Unfortunately, Microsoft's support for Arabic/Persian and Hebrew
requires that you install special versions of Windows on your PC.
This is not always practical nor desirable. Plus that is not where
it all stops! Once you have these special versions of Windows, you
have to obtain special versions of other applications such as Arabic
or Hebrew versions of Microsoft Office etc.
Microsoft has never produced an Urdu version of Windows (or any other
product). The last version of Farsi Windows is Windows 3.11. While
32-bit Arabic Windows and Microsoft Office are available, you need to
pay hundreds of dollars to obtain these products and you will need to
replace you existing versions of Windows and Office with these special
versions.
ParsNegar is designed so you won't have to buy any extra software to
write Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Kurdish or Assyrian (and other right to
left scripts) under your copy of Windows. You can also use ParsNegar
to enter your right to left text into your favourite Windows program.
ParsNegar can be used on its own or as a tool for other Windows
applications.
You simply use ParsNegar as you would use Windows WordPad. However, you
can also use ParsNegar to type your right to left text and then copy and
paste it (or drag and drop it) into other Windows applications such as
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Publisher, FrontPage,
Corel!DRAW, PhotoShop etc. The list is almost as long as the list of
applications available for Windows.
ParsNegar can also be used to create HTML (Internet and World Wide Web)
files, which can be used to create Web sites on the Internet and to send
Arabic/Persian/Urdu email and newsgroup messages.
